In januari we made a small video impression of the installation of a Gripper and a Vibro on board Seaway 7 ’s Strashnov for Matzwart and Seaway 7. Another heavyweight lifting champion assembling crucial part of windfarm deployment. This video production is filmed in the harbour of Rotterdam – Maasvlakte.

From March to May 2021 we covered in 52 days the complete operation of GSR Patania II. A deep sea mining expedition in the Clarion Clipperton Zone.
The focus for the film crew was more on the people then the equipment. Multiple disciplines, with sometimes conflicting interests manned the vessel.
Environmental specialist measured the effects on the environment while engineers where more interested in how the Patania worked at a depth of 4500 meters.

For Live Media Brussels we covered the interconnection of a 135 km long power cable.
The interconnection of Crete with the Peloponnese constitutes the first phase of the interconnection of Crete with the Hellenic Electricity Transmission System (HETS)
The project consists of the construction of 150 kV AC 2×200 MVA interconnection between the island of Crete and peninsula Peloponnese.
The project includes two new submarine cables with the length of 135 km each, upgrades of the existing and construction of new transmission lines, underground cables and substations in the Peloponnese and Crete, static synchronous compensator on Crete. The landing points of the submarine cables are in the Kissamos Bay (Crete) and the Malea peninsula (Peloponnese).

For MMI we filmed the Filming first assignment Heerema Sleipnir  complete installation of multiple modules on a topsides for Noble Energy’s Leviathan gas platform on board at Heerma’s brand new heavy lifting vessel the SSCV Sleipnir. During 8 days 7 modules were to be installed. With a 4K camera 3 GoPro’s and a DJI Drone we managed to capture the whole scoop of this challenging project.
